Gaursons to start giving possession in Gaur City and Gaur City-2
Gaursons India will start giving possession to more than 9,000 units in its flagship project Gaur City & Gaur City-2 in Greater Noida West in the next 10-15 months. The developer will give possession in four phases and will start by giving out 1,560 ready-to-move-in units this month itself. Out of the remaining, 1,880 units will be handed over in October, 2,360 in May next year and 3,360 units in August.
While making the announcement, Manoj Gaur, MD, Gaursons India Ltd, said, “We have fulfilled our promise yet again and are all set to give possession to more than 9,000 units in the next 15 months” All the approvals are in place, he said.
Gaur City & Gaur City-2 have all the necessary facilities and amenities of an ultra-modern home such as sports city complex with day-night cricket stadium, day-night athlete ground, multiplex, swimming pool, hotel, hospital and schools.
Gaur City & Gaur City 2 is spread over 237 acres approx and the MD assured the investor-buyers that “they will get whatever they have been promised.”
Greater Noida West is catching the attention of buyers because of its proximity to Sectors 121, 62 and 63 of Noida. These sectors already have an established commercial centre and are situated along the proposed Metro line coming from Sector 71 to Greater Noida West.
