Manglam Group Launches Commercial Project, Signature Elite, in Jaipur

New Delhi, January 25, 2024: Manglam Group, on Thursday announced its retail cum commercial real estate project, Manglam Signature Elite, in Jaipur. The project offers spaces for premium corporate offices and showrooms, mentions a press release issued by the company.

The Project is worth Rs 150 crore with 168 units spanning 310,000 sq ft with three floors for retail, ten floors for corporate offices and three basement parking levels along with many amenities.

Manglam Group is expected to register sales of Rs.200 crore by 2024 from this project with 75% of the project area already booked. The available spaces range from a starting area of 735 sq. ft to a maximum area of 20,000 sq. ft. 

Manglam Signature Elite has signed a leasing agreement with Westside, a leading apparel retail chain from the Tata Group, for the ground and first floors of the project. The project is expected to be completed by June 2024.
