Raunak Codename is a sellout within nine days of launch
Raunak Codename Centre of Mumbai has emerged as the most successful real estate launch in FY21, according to a press release.
The project, located in Mumbai’s Sion area, achieved a complete sellout of inventory within nine days of its launch. With an average price of Rs. 1.35 crore, it achieved Rs 200+ crore in revenues, said the release.
The success, it said, was driven by innovative 360-degree marketing strategies employed by Xanadu Realty. The result has helped cement Raunak Group emerge as the fastest growing brand of Mumbai real estate, added the release.
