Gurugram: Signature Global, the pioneers of affordable housing with an aim to contribute the most towards Prime Minister’s vision of ‘Housing for all 2022’, created the history by announcing its 14th affordable residential project Signature Global Park, Phase II which is located at Sector 36, Sohna, South of Gurugram. Spread over 23.14 acres, the phase II and phase III of the project will have 432 units comprising 2BHK and 3 BHK.
Expected to be completed after two years, the project is under Haryana Affordable Housing Scheme (HAHS) / Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY). Designed by Padma Bhushan Architect Hafeez Contractor, the project will have 144 plots with stilts + 3 floors and will be available in two sizes 745.51 sq ft (2BHK) and 1439.79 sq ft (3BHK) in the price range of Rs 38 lacs – 75 lacs.
Some of the features of the project are Palm Avenue, Accent Paving, Linear Water feature with decorative columns, Pathway Along Road, Walkway through decorative columns, Open Air Theatre with sitting under trellis, Classical themed garden pavilion in sculpture garden, Half basketball court, Classical themed main swimming pool, Floating garden pavilion, Badminton court, Flying beam with decorative urns in parterre garden, Reflexology path, Skating rink, etc.
Signature Global has already 11 affordable group housing projects across Haryana in prime locations of Gurugram, Sohna and Karnal under Haryana Government’s Affordable Housing Scheme, 2 affordable projects under Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojna and 1 Commercial project in Vaishali, Ghaziabad. The group by delivering Solera in sector 107, Gurugram, set a milestone of delivering the project months before the mandated deadline. Besides Solera, the group plans to deliver other projects Synera in Sector 81, NH8, Gurugram (820 units) and Andour Heights in Sector 71, NH8, Gurugram (980 units) in Gurugram, complete with retail centres in this year. The group has again marked a milestone by announcing the possession of 18 units at Sunrise in sector 35, Karnal months before the mandated timeline.
