Delhi-NCR, May 23, 2022: Western UP Zonal Chapter and NCR – the Territorial / State chapter of Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India (CREDAI) elected the new leadership teams for 2022-2024. The plenary session unanimously elected Manoj Gaur (Chairman, Gaurs Group) as the new President of CREDAI NCR, taking over the baton from Pankaj Bajaj (Eldeco Group) and Amit Modi (County Group) elevated as the new President of CREDAI Western UP chapter, taking over the baton from Prashant Tiwari (Prateek Group).  

A press release issued by the company saw the installation ceremony saw the presence of General Body of Members, industry bigwigs and all past presidents of CREDAI NCR as well as Western UP. General Body of Members thanked Pankaj Bajaj and Prashant Tiwari for their contribution during their tenure.

Rising to the occasion, CREDAI NCR President, Manoj Gaur said “I am extremely honored by taking-over this prestigious position of President and by getting an opportunity to lead the experienced and passionate team. We’ll certainly build-on this unique moment. The last two years were quite an off-roader for the sector but looking at Government’s support and buyers’ sentiments, we are quite positive that we will have an adventures journey ahead.”

Exuding confidence in steering the body, Amit Modi, President CREDAI Western UP, said, “I am extremely grateful by getting an opportunity of serving as President, CREDAI Western UP and excited to play a larger role in shaping the association’s future”. 

Reiterating CREDAI’s commitment towards the nation, the new leadership team has a comprehensive roadmap, both for short as well as long-term so as to cope-up with the challenges which are being faced by the sector. The team will work in tandem with CREDAI National to bring its manifesto to fruition including Skill Development Programme, Operations of Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, Clean City Movement, Educational Scholarship Fund, CSR activities, Heritage initiatives revitalized with a new upsurge, post implementation of landmark reforms such as RERA, GST etc.
