RICS appoints Devina Ghildial as MD for South Asia region
RICS, the global professional body for chartered qualifications and standards in real estate and construction, announced the appointment of Devina Ghildial as Managing Director – South Asia with effect from March 9 this year.
According to a press release, Devina has been entrusted with leading the RICS in the South Asia region with a focus on growing the professional qualification, driving commercial growth, influencing policy, growing the training business and promoting professionalism and standards in the sector.
Announcing her appointment, Sachin Sandhir, Global MD – Emerging Business, RICS, said “I have known Devina for a long time and have always been impressed with her acumen for developing and managing key accounts and relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate and construction sector. She has been instrumental in helping RICS achieve significant growth both from a commercial standpoint, as well as RICS’s larger objective of promoting professionalism and standards in the real estate and construction industry in the region. Now with the additional responsibility, I am sure, she will seek to grow RICS even further and take RICS to greater heights.”
