Signature Global launches its 22nd project in Gurugram
Signature Global on July 31 announced the launch of its 22nd project, Signature Global Park 4 & 5, in Sector 36, Sohna Road, South of Gurugram.
The project, under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojna, will offer Independent floors.
It’s a plotted housing complex with four Independent luxury floors, dedicated covered car parking and exclusive lift on each plot. The project worth is Rs 400 crore, said a company press release.
The varied options in the project include independent floors of 2BHK (951 sqft) and 3BHK (1081 sqft). The price of the units in this premium project starts from Rs 4,500 per sqft.
Pradeep Aggarwal, Founder & Chairman, Signature Global, said, “The demand for affordable housing has increased manifold. In the post COVID-19 situation people have realised the importance of their own home and aspire to buy a property to feel secure and safe. The Government policies are going to support buyers in securing a good property while the home loan interest rates are also at an all-time low. ”
The press release said, Signature Global Park 4 & 5 will have a retail hub, swimming pool, rejuvenation centre, open green areas, kids play area, basketball court, badminton court, cricket pitch, skating rink, outdoor gym, jogging track, gardens and loungers.
