Xanadu Introduces Codename B.L.I.S.S
Xanadu Realty has introduced Codename B.L.I.S.S (Branded Land Investment Stocks Scheme) that offers an opportunity to consumers to own a piece of curated and enriched land from the comfort of their homes.
A revolutionary new asset class in the form of ‘Branded Plotted Land’, it solves all the core hurdles of land ownership for buyers, said a press release by the company.
B.L.I.S.S introduces seaside lifestyle plots in a picturesque residential gated community located at Dapoli, the country’s only coastal hill station on the Konkan coast.
The complete digitised selling procedure has been fully automated and has attracted buyers across the country and overseas locations through an easy pre-booking process to reserve the plots of their choice, said the release. The plots begin at a price of Rs 9.90 lakh for a 2,500 sq ft plot.
Samujjwal Ghosh, Director, Xanadu Realty, said, “Our objective was to achieve democratisation of land buying across consumers in India. We decided to do this by bringing perhaps the India’s safest asset to own by clearly simplifying all hurdles to land ownership and this has been facilitated with the introduction of Codename B.L.I.S.S.”
