UP RERA launches its ‘Performance Report’
The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) has launched ‘Performance Report 2020’ which highlights the major milestones of the Authority in the past year.
The report consists of the current initiatives, achievements, and best practices adopted by the Authority for the effective implementation of provisions of the RERA Act 2016.
It will soon be available on UP RERA’s official website.
The Performance Report 2020 provides an overview of the Authority’s journey, highlights its key achievements, and reflects on some of the major milestones till now.
A project-wise compilation of vital information like the project registration details, facts pertaining to towers and project progress, etc. is included as a part of this report.
Launching the report, Rajiv Kumar, Chairman, UP RERA, said, “The report would serve as a ready directory of the projects registered with UP RERA providing a snapshot for the project status for reference. The report also outlines the way forward and roadmap for UP RERA mentioning the upcoming initiatives such as regulation of the real estate projects and monitoring of separate accounts of the projects, adjudication of complaints, execution of orders, constructive interface with all stakeholders, and many more. The book would also serve as a knowledge-sharing platform for all the regulatory authorities.”
