Credai annual conclave in Delhi on November 24-25
NEW DELHI: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India(Credai) is organising its annual conclave at Hotel Taj Palace in New Delhi on November 24 and 25. The theme of this year’s conclave is ‘Clean India – Skilled India –Strong India’.
Union Urban Development and Housing Minister M. Venkaiah Naidu will inaugurate the conclave, which will be attended, among others, by senior ministers Arun Jaitley, Prakash Javadekar, P. Ashok Gajapathi Raju, Bandaru Dattatreya, Piyush Goyal, Rajiv Pratap Rudy and Ram Kripal Yadav. Many other distinguished personalities will also share their views during different sessions in the conclave.
Geetamber Anand, President-Elect, Credai, said, “The conclave will pave the way towards India’s commitment to inclusive, sustainable and affordable development to meet the vision of ‘Housing for All’ by 2022.” He said, “We also believe that our effort towards Swachh Bharat Mission will set an example for voluntary action to clean India.”
The conclave will be deliberating the alternative models of implementing the smart cities concept so that the opportunities of involving private sector developers are appreciated and Public Private Partnerships become conceivable in the smart city project.
