RealPage Strengthens India Leadership Team to Drive Expansion

Hyderabad, India – 16 November 2018:  Following its 10^th anniversary celebrations, RealPage India has announced plans to expand its footprint in India, with personnel growth of 15-20% forecasted for 2019.

Parent company RealPage, Inc. is a publicly traded, leading global provider of software and data analytics to the real estate industry, serving 12,300 clients from offices in North America, Europe and Asia. On its recent earnings call for the third quarter of 2018, RealPage shared that its total revenues had grown 33% over the last year, and that the company believes it is on track to meet its 2020 revenue objective of $1 billion ahead of schedule.

From its Centre in Hyderabad, RealPage India provides core engineering capability, operational support and content services with a team of over 1,000, with plans to expand to 1,200 team members in 2019. The India Centre also works closely with RealPage’s other global hubs based in London, the United States, and the Philippines.

During a recent meet and greet media event in Hyderabad, Ashley Glover, RealPage COO, spoke about RealPage and the critical role that India plays—and we expect will continue to play—for the company.

To manage operations at the Hyderabad Centre and provide further impetus for expansion plans, Sandeep Sharma has been appointed Managing Director for India, working with Paul Shuga, RealPage’s SVP of Operations, and Ms. Glover. Mr. Sharma will also lead business development of RealPage’s software and services in India and Asia, leveraging the growth and maturity in the real estate industry in these markets.

Mr. Sharma recently described his new role at RealPage India, saying, “My focus will be making RealPage India a hub of opportunity for highly talented team members while keeping innovation and simplicity at the heart of our operations. We want to be known as both a dynamic growth engine and a great place to work.”
