DDA’s policy of land pooling is an appreciable effort for the development of the country. No doubt, the government is trying to solve the basic requirement of shelter. This policy will ensure integrated development of urbanised area and in turn will give good economic benefits. DDA would develop the necessary support infrastructure and mass/EWS housing projects on the land, while developers will receive a large portion of the same for further real estate development.
