Tata Value Homes partners with Google to showcase apartments
NEW DELHI: Tata Value Homes, a subsidiary of Tata Housing, has partnered with Google to present exclusive lifestyle apartments in Boisar, near Mumbai. These apartments starting Rs 16 lakh would be exclusively available during Google Online Shopping Festival which begins on Wednesday and will go on till Friday. Customers can express their interest to book by paying Rs. 20,000 online. It would also offer special one-day price for homes across Ahmedabad, Pune, Chennai and Bengaluru starting Rs 32 lakh.
The apartments located at Boisar, an upcoming suburb near Mumbai, will boast of huge neighborhood greens, a monsoon park, jogging tracks and recreational areas well-equipped gymnasium, club house, swimming pool and other modern amenities.
On Wednesday, the company is providing special prices for properties across Ahmedabad, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai and Bengaluru starting at Rs 32 lakh. Brotin Banerjee, MD & CEO of Tata Housing, said, “We are excited to participate in the Google Online Shopping Festival 2014, especially after witnessing success in previous edition.”
Meanwhile, the Tata Housing Development Company has announced the launch of an ultra-luxury project, ‘The Cascades’, in Bengaluru. Located on the only hill of Bengaluru, ‘The Cascades’ is an exclusive row-house project designed to promote wholesome wellness through well-lit, airy projects set amid lush greenery.
