Anant Raj Group builds 2,500 affordable homes in Neemrana
Delhi-based real estate and infrastructure development player Anant Raj Group has developed approximately 2,500 affordable homes in RIICO Industrial Area at Neemrana, in Rajasthan.
According to a press release, the possession of the first phase of the project, known as ‘Anant Raj Aashray’, commenced in a record time of 18months and many families are already residing there.
A standard 450-sqft integrated unit design has been followed for all homes with a launch price of less than Rs. 9 lakh per unit. It is a self-sufficient complex that includes provisions for play areas, community halls, daily-need stores, and parking areas. Besides, there is power backup, round-the-clock security, maintenance service, and 60 percent green area.
The release said the Anant Raj Group has strategically pioneered through in providing a possibility of making affordable dream home come true as the project’s punch line reads, ‘Sabka sapna ghar ho apna’.
Amit Sarin, Director & CEO of Anant Raj Group, said the company has gradually gained expertise in the development of affordable homes and plans to develop about 1,00,000 affordable homes over the next five to seven years.
