Le Solitairian launches residential project on the Yamuna Expressway
Solitaire Group (Le Solitairian), one of the leading real estate developers of North India, has launched Solitairian City at its site located at just 309 meters from F1 stand at Yamuna Expressway.
Spread across 16.54 acres and situated at a prime location that is meant for the exclusive view, the city is barely 309 meters away from the highly glamorous Formula 1 racing track.
The project consists of 2/3/4 BHK apartments, villas and iconic towers loaded with high end amenities like sky club, sky gym and private pools in 3/4BHKs(Iconic Tower).
The company has roped in film star John Abraham as the brand ambassador for the project who is known for his penchant for sports in general and racing in particular.
The properties in the project are available at basic sales price (bsp) of Rs. 3850 per sqft for two iconic towers and Rs. 3,350 for rest of 11 towers. Solitairian City is expected to be delivered by the end of 2017.
