Hi-Tech Pipes aims 1 MT capacity by FY25
New Delhi, January 22, 2024: Hi-Tech Pipes Limited (HTPL), a manufacturer and supplier in the piping industry has announced the commissioning and successful trial production of its Greenfield project at Sanand Unit II (Phase 1). It marked a significant milestone in the company’s journey towards achieving a capacity of 1 million tonnes, says a press release issued by the company. This strategic expansion adds 170,000 tonnes at Sanand Unit II (Phase 1), Gujarat.
Besides adding 170,000 tonnes at Sanand Unit-Il, (Phase 1), Gujarat, the company has now embarked upon two new greenfield projects at Sikandrabad (U.P.) unit-Ill and Sanand Unit-II (Phase 2) adding 150,000 tonnes (by Q3FY25) and tonnes (by Q4FY25) respectively. This will catapult our total capacity to 1 million tonnes by end of FY25.
Commenting on this occasion, Ajay Kumar Bansal, Chairman & Managing Director, Hi-Tech Pipes Limited said, “These new facilities will further strengthen the leadership position of the company in the industry and reinforces the company’s commitment to provide top quality piping solutions. With latest manufacturing technology and equipped with all kind of quality testing equipment’s, here focus of the company will be on manufacturing of value-added products with proportion in excess of 50%”
Sanand Unit-ll project is equipped for manufacturing of High End Pipes for Solar Trackers and has got the approval from world’s largest Solar Tracker Manufacturers.
